Licensed Clinical Social Work or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Foster Care) – Sign on Bonus up to $1500
Alliance Human Services, Inc. has an exciting full-time opportunity ($70,000) or part-time opportunity ($35,000) for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with experience in foster care, to join our not-for-profit agency.
The licensed clinician will supervise and approve all clinical documentation for clients and families in our Cranston, Rhode Island office. Foster Care and Adoption experience preferred.
Critical duties include ensuring quality services and beneficial outcomes. The licensed clinician is able to problem solve, make clinically sound decisions, inspire confidence, and facilitate effective communication.
Licensed Clinician Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight of case managers and clients
- Review and approve service plans for clients and ensure compliance with DCYF licensing, accreditation requirements, and company policies
- Maintain knowledge of Medicaid requirements and ensure all clinical documents align with Medicaid expectations
- Ensure the timely completion, review, and approval of all clinical assessments, behavior plans, and clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE
Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited or state-approved graduate school in Social Work, Social Welfare, Marriage & Family Counseling, Child Psychology, or Child development.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor required with active license on file.
