Welcome to Alliance Health at Braintree. We are proud to provide the highest standards of care in a comfortable, attractive, and elegant setting. Braintree offers a total of 101 beds and features its own Resident Van for the convenience of all our residents. The facility also offers “in wall oxygen” for safety and convenience which benefits residents requiring respiratory or pulmonary care. In addition, the center received a 4 Star Rating by the CMS. Beginning in the fall of 2023, the facility is undergoing a $6 million renovation.
