Meet our Regional Management Team

Michelle Brown, RN  
Regional Clinical Specialist

Michelle Brown has 27 years of nursing expertise and joined Alliance in 2016, where she is responsible for the clinical oversight of Alliance’s nursing facilities. She ensures the clinical teams at each facility follow state and federal guidelines, and provides guidance during annual state survey to accomplish the best possible survey results. Previously, Ms. Brown was the Regional Clinical Specialist for Athena Healthcare.

Carolyn O’Toole, RN
Corporate Staff Educator

Carolyn O'Toole has been in long term care for over 20 years, and is currently the Corporate Staff Educator for the Clinical department of Alliance Health Management Services. In this capacity, she works closely with facility staff development coordinators and leadership to develop ongoing education and advancement programs.  Previously, Ms. O'Toole served as Director of Nursing Services at Alliance's Marina Bay Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and has also been a PPS Clinical Coordinator.

Diane Guiod, RN, RAC-CT
Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist     

Diane Guiod has 20 years of experience in clinical reimbursement and in Medicare and Medicaid regulatory compliance. She has recently joined Alliance Health Management Services and is responsible for providing the Alliance skilled nursing facilities with support and oversight in the area of clinical reimbursement. Ms. Guiod works with the facility reimbursement team and leadership staff to provide ongoing education and to ensure best reimbursement practices are adhered to. She has worked for several major healthcare companies and has done a considerable amount of consulting throughout MA and New England.

Nancy Ferraguto, RN, RAC-CT
Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist

Nancy Ferraguto is an experienced Clinical Reimbursement Specialist with a history of over 30 years in the healthcare industry. She possesses demonstrated skills in Healthcare Consulting, Disease Management, Medicare, Medicaid, Case Management and Case Mix. Ms. Ferraguto is responsible for promoting the capture of appropriate clinical reimbursement for services provided, while ensuring the highest level of revenue integrity, in order to optimize reimbursement and identify opportunities through trending, tracking and analyzing relevant data. Prior to joining the Alliance team, Ms. Ferraguto worked in similar capacities for National Healthcare Associates and for Kindred Healthcare.

Jeff Noveletsky
Regional Food Service Director

Jeff Noveletsky has been an executive chef for over 40 years specializing in the long-term care industry. Mr. Noveletsky is currently the Regional Food Service Director for Alliance Health Management Services as well as serving as the Food Service Director for Alliance Health at Braintree. His expertise includes developing and implementing superior menus customized to long-term care residents. Previously, Mr. Noveletsky worked for Radius Management Services for 15 years. He has extensive experience opening and staffing kitchens in a variety of long term care settings.
